Tutorial 80:40

Preferences

A handful of preferences change how AmazHA looks and behaves on your wrist.

Tutorial 8: Preferences. The AmazHA mascot next to the title of the tutorial.

Step by step

  1. Open Preferences

In the AmazHA settings, tap Preferences.

  2. Language: this page only

Language sets the language of the settings page, and Automatic follows your phone. The watch follows its own system language.

  3. Bigger text

Font size makes every text on the watch bigger: 110%, 120% or 130%.

  4. Bigger cards

Card size enlarges the home's area cards and the device tiles: 115%, 130% or 145%.

  5. A tick on every tap

Switch on Vibrate on actions for a short tick when you tap a device, run an action or turn the crown on a control screen. It is off by default.

  6. How long the screen stays on

Screen timeout sets how long the screen stays on while AmazHA is open: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes or Never, the default. Never also ignores lowering your wrist: handy, but heavier on the battery.

Good to know

They apply the next time AmazHA opens. Close it on the watch (swipe right from the home) and open it again.
